Greetings and a Happy New Year to All!
Wow, it’s 2010 already! We are almost to the semester break.
We have a number of important events coming up. The first is the administration of the Maryland High School Assessments. These will be given during the week of January 10th for students currently enrolled in Biology, Algebra, Government and/or English. We also will be concluding the first semester with early departures on January 19th and 20th. On these days we will have finals for the semester. The following two days, the 21st and 22nd, students will be off for the semester break and on January 25th we will begin the second semester.
Look for a mailing with our newsletter. There will be information in it that will explain the way registration will be done for the 2010-2011 school year in February. Also, there will be information on the new Communication Device policy going into effect on January 25th for the second semester.
Please check out the school calendar on this web site under the section Mane Events. There are many wonderful opportunities to take part in the social, sports and academic activities at Queen Anne’s County High School.
Sincerely,
Conrad W. Judy Jr.
Principal
