Meet Mrs. Feltz Greetings everyone! I am Vickie Feltz media specialist at Bayside Elementary School. I am originally from West Virginia where I graduated from Fairmont State College and then went on to complete my Masters degree at West Virginia University. I always loved going to the library. During my high school senior year I worked in the library. This is when I decided I wanted to become a media specialist. While earning my degree I even worked in the college library. After I graduated I worked in West Virginia in an elementary school and then later in a high school media center. In 1987 we moved to Maryland. I missed teaching and reading to younger children. I was very happy to be in an elementary school again at Kent Island Elementary School and Grasonville. I transferred to Bayside Elementary School when it opened. I live in Denton and have 2 grown children. In my spare time I love to shop for my new home and of course READ. I hope to continue sharing my love of books with Bayside students for many years to come.
